Summer Berries Pavlova

Berry pavlova 🍓🍒🍇
So proud of myself, I’ve been putting off making pavlova for years as I don’t have a mixer and everyone said it’s just too hard to make. After making quite a few new recipes over lockdown, I thought why not give a go… so pleased and it got hoovered in 20 mins! 
Topped with Greek yoghurt, strawberries and wild blackberries, all from Waitroise.

帕夫洛娃 – 好幾年都想自己做做看這蛋白打的點心,烤後酥脆酥脆的 但是朋友說太難打除非我買電動攪拌器,我一直沒買,今天突然覺得來試一下,我都自己打奶油了應該ok…結果 很開心,又會了一樣點心 又有成就感。
大家20分鐘就把它解決了 💓
