Welcome to Kuofi O’Connor!
I launched this space during the pandemic as a passion project to share the things I love — flower arranging, seasonal wreath making, tablescaping, interiors, home renovation, food, recycled fashion, entrepreneurship, sustainability and the many conversations that make life interesting.
Over time, both this website and I have evolved.
Over the past few years, I have had the privilege of working with founders, brands and institutions across Europe, Asia and the Middle East through Y + O Strategic Advisory. Along the way, I have become increasingly fascinated by how people build businesses, careers and lives that remain relevant in a rapidly changing world.
The more people I meet, the more I find myself returning to the same questions: Why do some people, ideas and businesses thrive while others struggle to gain traction? How do we recognise opportunities? How do we adapt to change? And how do we remain curious, resilient and future-proof as the world continues to evolve?
Today, Kuofi O’Connor remains a place for creativity, culture, food, flowers and beautiful things, but it is also where I share observations on entrepreneurship, intelligent living, positioning, culture, personal growth and the lessons I continue to learn through work and life.
