sustainable living SHOP

My waste-free, declutter journey started back in January 2018. It was so detoxifying and made me realise the importance to buy good product, choose well and make it last. (and repair)

Being in lifestyle and fashion industry for so long, I have tried all sorts of products, and here I share ones that are worth to buy. You don’t need many things, just stuff that is good and can last.

Vitamix A3500 Ascent Blender – Soup in 5 Minutes & Ice Cream in 30 Seconds

My mom actually recommended me Vitamix years ago when she visited my auntie in the US, at the time she used it just for juicing. Years later I became a mother too, I needed a good food processor for making baby food also good soup and smoothies, I finally realised the power of a good machine, definitely an investment piece but worth every penny!

CARETTA – Stainless Steel Water Bottle

Kids school bottles!!! I finally invested something that is affordable and can last. There are so many water bottles that are BPA free however they are still plastic like, after my daughter broke her 3rd one, which was very recently, I decided to choose this stainless steel water bottle that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. Easy to use, she can hold it with a strap and it really does what it says.

Cook Beautiful by Athena Calderone

For whom loves cooking and beautiful interiors, the curator behind EyeSwoon Athena Calderone is a culinary chef and interior expert. Her cookbook Cook Beautiful is packed with flavour and style, also great for family meals including feeding young kids. I highly recommend.

Bea Johnson – Zero Waste Home

Bea Johnson’s book really helped a career mother (old me) to rethink what is important in life and how I can help to make an impact. This book is more than just a zero waste journey, also detoxified my life. Highly recommend!
